Yoga isn't a race, we aren’t rushing to get anywhere and for fear of sounding very cliche it really is about the journey.

This class is all about slowing it down and taking time to focus. I want you to walk away from YOGA SLOW with a new appreciation for your body, understanding how it is designed to move and utilising this movement in order to enhance your own longevity and health.
