Description
Join me on the mat for a mixture of Qi gong and yoga, where we will focus on the breath whilst moving our bodies deliberately through controlled movements and stretching. Inspired by the current season that we are in, we will align our bodies and breath to the changing energies of nature.
Suitable for beginners and advanced alike, modifications and variations will be provided to suit your own unique ability.
Ending with a yoga nidra meditation, you will leave feeling reset, grounded and revitalised.
