Description
Chair Yoga is a low impact yoga session using the chair to sit on or for balance.
Caz’s class provides a safe and supportive environment to help develop strength and flexibility, as well as promote restoration and relaxation.
You’ll work at your own pace, stretching and strengthening the body. We’ll include breathwork and end with a relaxing meditation. We might use blocks, bands or light weights.
We can chat about your goals and what you’d like to get out of the class and I’ll guide you and help you get there.
All levels welcome for this fun, yoga inspired workout.
