Description
A gentle, grounding class designed for those new to yoga or returning to their practice. We’ll build a strong foundation through Hatha-based postures, focusing on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Each class includes calming pranayama (breathwork) to center the mind and prepare the body for deeper relaxation. We’ll close with a soothing Yoga Nidra meditation—an invitation to float into stillness and reconnect with your inner calm. All levels are welcome—just bring your breath and an open heart.
