Description

Hot 26
This is the traditional hot yoga fixed sequence developed in the 70s. Each pose is designed to increase flexibility, improve balance, enhance lung capacity, stress reduction and potential pain relief.

KIRSTY: "I fell in love with the traditional hot yoga sequence in 2011. I think I have autistic traits and knowing what pose is coming next each time I step on my mat helps me to bring the movement and breath together in union. It becomes a moving meditation. I love the heat in the room(in any season!) and I can literally feel my body detoxifing on my mat".
