Having experienced the transformative benefits of breath work, meditation, and movement firsthand, Katja loves to create opportunities for others to feel at ease in their bodies. If she’s not teaching, walking in nature or listening to a podcast, you can likely  find her at home dancing around the living room to very loud music. This intention setting class is the perfect way to start the week and fall into your body in the most magical way. We will do deep slow juicy stretching, ground down into the energy of the week & set intention. Calm the mind and quiet the body.
