Description
This is a practice to meet your truest self- the one beyond your masks, your pain,
your coping mechanisms and your past. We weave a deep flow and meditative
holds with an essence of somatic embodiment for a truly transformative practice.
This is a meeting between soul and body so you experience the essence of yoga:
a union of your consciousness and your sacred body temple.
