Pilates is a movement practice with focus on control, precision and body awareness
Mat Pilates contains a series of controlled movements to strengthen the core, improve flexibility and enhance body awareness.
Mat Pilates can help with back pain, enhance muscle tone and improve posture.
This class is held at Breathe, Charlotte Terrace, South Shields
