Description

If you want a fun and none intimidating setting to get into Yoga or get back to your practice after a bit of a break, come and join us for this lunch time class to re-establish a mindful connection with yourself and have those down dogs on point in no time.

Wednesday lunchtimes 1pm - 2pm (please arrive at least 5mins early)

At Breathe Well-Being Centre - Inside Charlotte Street Business Centre across from South Shields town hall

Please bring your own mat if you have one but we will have some spares at the studio too if this is your first time practicing.
