Take a midweek pause to stretch, breathe, and reset with our donation-based community class. This accessible practice is designed to release tension, restore balance, and uplift your energy so you can flow with greater ease through the rest of your week.

Open to all ages and levels, this class weaves together gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and relaxation in a supportive and welcoming space. By coming together as a community, we share the gift of wellness while making yoga accessible to everyone.
