If you’re feeling tight but also a bit worn out, like you need to move and slow down, this class gives you both.

Flow + Restore starts with some gentle, steady movement to help you loosen up, stretch out, and get things moving again. Nothing too fast or over the top, just enough to take the edge off that stiffness.

Then we slow it right down. The second half of the class is all about longer, supported shapes where you can settle in, release tension, and properly relax.

It’s a good option if you’re not sure whether you need a workout or a lie down… you’ll get a bit of both.

Expect some movement, some stillness, and to walk out feeling looser, calmer, and more at ease in your body.
