Feeling wired, exhausted, or like your brain just won’t switch off?
This guided Yoga Nidra session is your chance to properly slow things down, without needing to move or “do” anything. You’ll be lying down the whole time, guided through simple breath awareness and relaxation that helps your body settle and your mind finally get a break.
It’s that in-between state where you’re not quite asleep, not fully awake, and it’s where your body can actually start to reset. Great if you’re feeling overwhelmed, run down, or just need a solid rest that actually makes a difference.
No experience needed. Just come in, get comfortable, and let the practice meet you where you’re at.
