This three-week Beginner’s Yoga course is designed for people who are new to yoga or returning after a long break. It offers a calm, supportive introduction to yoga, helping you feel comfortable and confident in your body from the very first class.

Each week we move gently, exploring simple postures, breath awareness and relaxation in a welcoming environment. There is no pressure to perform or “get it right”. You’ll be guided with options and encouragement, so you can move at your own pace and rest whenever you need.

No flexibility, fitness or prior yoga experience is required. This course is about building confidence, feeling supported and learning the foundations of yoga in a way that feels accessible and kind to your body.

By the end of the three weeks, you’ll have a clearer understanding of yoga, greater body awareness and the confidence to continue into ongoing classes if you choose.
