This 8-week Kids Yoga course is designed for children aged 5 to 11 years. Through playful movement, imaginative storytelling, and simple yoga postures, children will explore balance, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, all in a safe, supportive, and joyful environment.

Each week, kids will:

🌿Learn fun yoga poses and flows

🌿Practice mindful breathing and relaxation techniques

🌿Explore movement through games and imagination

🌿Build confidence, focus, and self-awareness

No prior yoga experience is needed. This course encourages children to move their bodies, express themselves, and discover the joy of yoga in a way that is fun, inclusive, and gentle.

By the end of the 8 weeks, children will feel stronger, calmer, and more confident in their bodies and minds and a beautiful beginning for their yoga journey.
