My bio, below 👇🏽 if you need shorter I can send you shorter version :). Karen is an experienced yoga teacher and dedicated practitioner with over a decade of training and teaching experience. She is a certified RYS 350 teacher with the Biomedical Institute of Yoga and Meditation, bringing a deep understanding of both the physical and therapeutic aspects of yoga. One of Karen’s greatest passions is helping people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement and breath. Over the years, she has led a yoga studio, organised retreats, and facilitated workshops that inspire and support personal transformation. When she’s not working or immersed in yoga, you’ll find Karen hiking, dancing, swimming in the ocean, or spending time with her family.

If your body’s feeling a bit worked over from the week, tight, sore, or just not moving as well as it should, this is your chance to sort it out.

Move & Recover is a full-body class that helps you loosen up, build strength where you need it, and move a bit more freely again. We work through simple, functional movements, some strength, some balance, and plenty of stretching to take the edge off tight hips, shoulders, and backs.

It’s a bit more active than some of the other classes, but it’s not about smashing yourself. It’s about moving with purpose and giving your body what it actually needs.

Strong and steady, with time to reset as you go.

It’s a great option if you’ve been training, working long hours, sitting too much, or just noticing your body’s a bit slower to bounce back these days.

Expect to feel worked, stretched, and to walk out feeling stronger, looser, and more put back together.
