Description
This 45-minute seated meditation class offers a gentle and supportive space to slow down, breathe and reconnect.
The practice includes simple, guided meditation techniques and light breath work, making it suitable for both beginners and those returning to meditation. You’ll be guided step by step, with plenty of cues and time to settle, helping calm the mind, ease mental chatter and bring the nervous system back into balance.
The class is practiced seated, with options to sit on a chair or cushion, allowing you to find a comfortable and steady position without strain. There is no pressure to “clear” the mind, just an invitation to observe, breathe and be present.
Perfect if you’re feeling busy, overwhelmed or simply craving a moment of stillness, this class supports clarity, grounding and a deeper sense of inner calm.
No experience required.
