If getting down on the floor isn’t your thing, or your body’s feeling a bit tight, tired, or not as steady as it used to be, this class is for you.
Chair Yoga is a gentle, supportive class where everything is done using a chair, so there’s no need to get up and down off the floor. We move through simple seated and standing shapes, helping you stretch out, build a bit of strength, and feel more comfortable in your body.
You’ll be guided the whole way, with plenty of time to move at your own pace. Nothing complicated, nothing rushed, just steady, feel-good movement that meets you where you’re at.
It’s a great option if you’re new to yoga, coming back after a break, managing an injury, or just wanting something a bit more supported.
Expect some gentle movement, a few good stretches, and to leave feeling a bit looser, a bit steadier, and more at ease in yourself.
