If you’re feeling wired, tired, or like your mind just won’t switch off, this is your chance to properly rest.
Deep Rest Sound Lounge is a guided rest session where you simply lie back, get comfortable, and let the sound do the work. No movement, no effort, nothing to figure out.
Layered sounds and gentle guidance help you slow things down, release tension, and step out of that constant “go, go, go” mode.
It’s a good option if sleep’s been off, your mind’s been busy, or you just need some time where you don’t have to do anything at all.
No experience needed. Just arrive, settle in, and rest.
You can book this as a standalone session for $35, or as part of The Thursday Reset. alongside Recovery Yoga for the full experience for $50.

If your week’s caught up with you and you’re feeling it in your body or your head, this is your chance to hit pause and reset.
The Thursday Reset is a combination of Recovery Yoga and the Sound Lounge, designed to give you a proper break at the end of the week.
We start with slow, supported movement to help you loosen up, release tension, and take the edge off. Nothing rushed, nothing over the top, just space to move and breathe again.
From there, you’ll settle in for the Sound Lounge, where you can lie back, switch off, and be guided into deep rest through sound and stillness.
Together, it’s a couple of hours where you don’t need to do anything for anyone else.
You’re welcome to attend either class on its own, but this is the full experience, and where the real reset happens.
It’s a good one if you’ve been flat out, running on empty, or just need some time that’s actually yours.
Expect to walk out feeling looser, quieter in your mind, and like you’ve finally had a proper break.
