Somatic practice - yoga with less form and more flow! To support the digestive system, encourage lymphatic flow and flexible fascia are all key to vitality and a healthy immune system.
Qi gong moving meditation - especially helpful for anyone beginning meditation or the times you just can't sit still.
Breathing practice to calm the mind and relax the body, this in turn helps our immune system because it is in rest mode that the body restores itself by balancing out stress hormones, blood pressure and supporting good gut health
