Yin yoga is a slow, still and quiet practice that nurtures a deep sense of awareness and connection of body and mind.

In Yin yoga each pose is held for 3 minutes or longer and generally targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis and lower spine.

Join Claire for this monthly class of winding down and letting go. Yin yoga is a perfect complement to a dynamic practice and an antidote to urban life, or an extremely subtle and profound practice on its own. This class will aslo be recorded for you to enjoy any time of the month.
