Description
A deeper dive into the Ashtanga practice to allow for personal growth at the pace of the student. We will begin with breathing practices to energise the body in preparation for the dynamic flow of Ashtanga. The second part of the workshop will focus on building strong flexible spines through a range of back bend preparations and asanas from both primary and second series. We will finish the asanas with inversions and deep rest in the form of Yoga Nidra. We will finish the session with a group gathering and refreshments. This is suitable for anyone interested in the Ashtanga method and looking for some personal guidance.
