Description
This class connects us to the 5 elements: earth, fire, water, air and ether. The class will be structured to help you feel grounded, energised and more connected to nature. We use playful poses to move blocked energy, create freedom in the body and peace in the them mind. We use basic philosophy, chakras and guided breathing meditations to support our holistic wellbeing.
