Start your Sunday with a gentle practice at home and awaken to the day.

A slower pace allows for the space and time to move intentionally, to focus on breath, sensation or alignment, letting you make the practice the rest or the challenge that you need it to be.

Develop awareness and find stillness as time slows in the closing meditation, before moving into your day feeling a little more calm, energised and focussed.

Modifications given, this class is suitable for beginners as much as more advanced practitioners.
