Join Gillian for this Forrest-inspired yoga class. Forrest Yoga is a style of yoga named after Ana Forrest which has deep roots in healing ceremony. The practice is powerful and therapeutic. Expect some abdominal core work, use of props, and some long-held postures that contain an invitation to go beyond the physical practice to make this a journey of healing and nourishing the body and mind.
