Description
As this class is new will concentrate initially on Breath and Alignment: Discover the importance of breath in yoga with foundational breathing techniques (Pranayama). Learn the correct alignment for basic postures.
* Standing Strength and Balance: Explore key standing postures, focusing on building strength, stability, and balance. Learn poses like Warrior I and Warrior II, with modifications offered for all levels of experience.
* Seated Flow and Flexibility: Gently improve flexibility with seated postures and learn to link movements with your breath in simple sequences.
* Integrating Mind and Body: Review the postures and sequences learned throughout the course, gaining confidence in your practice.
Overtime the class will evolve with the students as they grow in confidence.
