A healing practice to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, we rise, rebalance and ease the body and mind into a restful state through breathing techniques, gentle movement and meditation.

Beginning with a nourishing flow that focuses on shifting stagnant energy, lubricating our joints and opening up the body, we then relax into longer held floor-based poses where the body is supported with blankets, bolsters…and we focus on letting go and stilling the mind.

Beginners start here!

During this class you will be introduced to the foundation of standing and seated postures, including sun salutations. Modifications will be offered and we will work incrementally to build physical and emotional well being. Included with the classes will be calming and energising breathing techniques and of course relaxation. This class is a great introduction to stronger practices and suitable for beginners.
