This class will mainly follow the primary series beginning with engaging the breath, students are led through sun salutations, standing postures and seated postures through to arm balances , back bends and inversions. Finishing with Savasana This practice will both challenge and restore you physically, but more importantly balances the nervous system thereby sustaining good physical and mental wellbeing , All students are encouraged to work within their own energy levels and to make modifications as desired.
