Let's celebrate the longest day of the year! We will gather at The Greenhouse at Vista for a beginner friendly class in this beautiful venue. Mindful movement through sun salutations along with breath-focused meditation will be our focus as we celebrate sunshine and summertime. Our practice will be enhanced by live music with popular local musicians Dronestryke. Also included - Charcuterie by Ava's Bougie Boards and on drink of choice from The Bar at Vista.
