This is a Hatha style yoga practice that builds strength and stability in the body with slow mindful movement.
This is a required class for our YTT students and combines our familiar Steady Stretch class with an added opportunity to go deeper.
This beginner-friendly practice combines steady movement, mindful stretching, and accessible challenges for all levels. Each week, we will add a workshop-style element to one specific theme, technique, or teaching principle that coincides with our RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training curriculum.
Expect the same welcoming, well-rounded Steady Stretch you know, with time to slow down, explore, ask questions, and understand your practice from a different perspective.
This class is open to anyone.
