Specifically geared to middle to high school students -ages 13 - 18, this class is a great counter balance for active bodies. Students will learn the benefit of methodical movement to build strength and confidence. We will focus on mindfulness during the challenge of our vinyasa sequences to release tension and anxiety. This is a 60 minute class.
