Description
This is a slow Vinyasa class that balances strength and flexibility through mindful movement. Students will learn body and breath awareness within the movement and then transition to a full restorative practice on the mat. Restorative yoga is a practice of release through a series of supported relaxation poses. The combination of movement and relaxation will reduce body tension and stress.
