Description
This class is developed by Sandy Booth to enhance and improve useful bio-feedback in yoga poses. Our practice will be alignment based with a focus on spatial awareness. Using the wall for support provides added security in poses, allowing for a sense of confidence and deeper relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners, advanced and senior participants. This is a 4 week program created to provide more accessibility to various yoga techniques. The class is 60 minutes in length.
