Description
This is a Hatha style yoga practice that builds strength and stability in the body with slow mindful movement. Students will find deep release as poses are held for longer periods to release deep muscle tension. This is a beginner friendly class for everyone. Our focus will be to let go of what is no longer needed. We will connect with breath and mindfulness as we move with the energy of the full moon. This class will be held outdoors - weather permitting.
