Sunday's are for body work! Each week Tracy Hurlow offers one of her signature strength building classes alternating weeks with each. PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga. It's a true fat-burning, low-impact program that strengthens and tones the body.Barre is a hybrid class combining ballet inspired moves with elements of yoga and strength training. This class will build full body strength and flexibility and is for all levels - beginners welcome. This is a fun fitness class for anyone.
