This high-energy 45-minute Tabata-style class features intense 20-second bursts of bodyweight and resistance band exercises, followed by 10-second rest periods to keep your heart rate up and muscles fired. Designed to build strength, endurance, and coordination, each interval challenges your limits—no equipment needed beyond bands and your own body.
Finish strong with a 15-minute mobility-focused cool-down to restore range of motion, reduce tension, and support recovery. Perfect for all levels, with modifications offered throughout.
