This is a 6 week series fitness class offering a low-pressure blend of Zumba® and Zumba® Toning designed to complement your yoga practice. With a playlist of Latin and global rhythms, the class combines easy-to-follow dance sequences with light resistance to gently build strength, improve coordination, and elevate the heart rate. Expect a balanced experience that leaves you feeling energized, centered, and refreshed. No experience needed; all levels are welcome.
