This is a class for everyone looking to increase strength and enhance functional endurance. Designed as a small-group strength training experience, students will build muscle, improve mobility, and support a healthy, active life for years to come. Tracy Hurlow will guide and encourage all levels of participants through a circuit of strength-building stations for a full body recharge.
