Yin Yoga is a cold muscle practice that gently works on the connective tissue in the body. With predominantly floor-based poses held for 3-5 minutes at a time, this is an excellent practice to compliment and balance more dynamic exercise regimes. Also perfect for those with limitations or in injury rehabilitation. "Feel" many of your favourite poses on a whole new level. NB: props required - during Covid-19 restrictions you must bring a towel to cover bolsters borrowed from the studio.
