This 1 hour class will guide you into a deeper, more meditative yoga practice. Learn about the 8 Limbs of Yoga and how to live your practice both on and off the mat. Explore gentle meditative movement flows, yogic breathing techniques and short guided and silent meditations. Dress warm and bring a blanket on cooler days for your comfort.
