Our Postnatal classes are the perfect opportunity for mammas to get back some time for herself, while keeping bub close. Catering for women who have been cleared for their 6 week check-up, these sessions offer a gentle and restorative flow focusing on your emotional and physical needs as a new (or returning!) mum. We prioritise YOUR healing process, and the changes and challenges that come with being post-partum. Suitable up until baby is super mobile. Please bring a floor covering to place baby on, and their favourite toys. You are welcome to bring the pram into the studio alongside you too.
