Description

The perfect class for those brand new to yoga or perhaps returning to yoga after a long break. Classes are arranged as courses in 6 consecutive week blocks on Thursday evenings, 7.45 – 8.45pm in person at the Yoga Spot. This block will be from Thursday 12th May to Thursday 16th June 2022. Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat to class. Please email info@theyogaspot.co.uk if you require further information. Please note these classes are run in 6-week consecutive blocks; are non-refundable and non-transferable if you miss a class from the 6 week block you have booked.
