Description
A class for those brand new to yoga or perhaps returning to yoga after a long break. These classes are arranged as courses in 6 consecutive week blocks on Tuesday evenings, 6.15 - 7.15pm in person at the Yoga Spot. This block will be from Tuesday 16 May to Tuesday 20 June 2023. Please note these classes are run in 6-week consecutive blocks; are non-refundable and non-transferable if you miss a class from the 6 week block you have booked.
