A personal mix of Hatha and Flow (Vinyasa) with gently woven in elements of basic pranayama and mindfulness. A session with focus on body awareness and conscious movement resulting in strength and flexibility as well as calm and relaxation. A yoga practice to create a balance between body in mind with a help of ones own breath.
