Description
A 45 minute, flowing, functional, floor-based class, creating mindful muscle connection while toning, lengthening and strengthening muscle.

You'll use your body weight along with props such as hand weights, blocks and balls to develop a challenging, simulating workout for the mind and body, discovering muscles you didn't know you had.

This is an upbeat class with motivating playlist to energise and encourage! Each class will offer modifications to suit every level, but a base of being generally active is recommended.
