This small group class incorporates hand weights and body conditioning sequences. You will be safely guided through a circuit of exercises designed to build strength, encourage muscle growth and definition and improve endurance and fitness. Modifications - progressions and regressions - always offered. Beginners and Experienced - all levels welcome.
