Description

Our hour-long flow classes marry yoga asana, modern functional movement, creative transitions, and breath-body awareness in a fun and meditative way. We will work out the kinks, wake up your breath and find a sense of spaciousness.

The class will vary depending on the time of day, with a more restorative and slow focus in the evenings, and an energising angle in the mornings.

Flow classes will vary teacher to teacher and are open to all levels, with plenty of modifications on offer.
