A steady flowing yoga class, connecting breath with movement.

Expect breathwork followed by a creative sequence of standing and balancing postures designed to warm you into your practice, open and energise the body. Always finishing with some mellow postures and a dreamy Savasana!

Created to build alignment, strength and stability to the body, along with balance to the mind.

Each class is unique and will vary from teacher to teacher and welcome to all-levels.
