A 45 minute, flowing, mat pilates class, creating mindful muscle connection while toning, lengthening and strengthening muscle. This is a full body workout with a spotlight on the core, toning the legs, arms, shoulders & seat all while increasing spinal mobility, balance and addressing muscle imbalances. You’ll use your body weight along with props such as hand weights, blocks and balls to develop a challenging, simulating workout for the mind and body, discovering muscles you didn’t know you had. This is an upbeat class with a killer playlist to motivate and inspire! Each class will offer modifications to suit every level and need.
