A 45 minute mat Pilates class with a twist!

Power Pilates combines aspects of traditional Pilates principals, and mixes it up with some powerful and athletic sequences to get the heart and body pumping.

Set to an epic playlist, this class is high energy, low impact, designed to create a strong, sculpted bod while providing movement to assist mobility and stability - A winning combo!

Using Pilates props such as dumbbells, ankle/wrist weights (or both), it’s a burn without the burnout!

Moderate level of fitness required.
