A flow class (Vinyasa) where you will move with breath, peppered with longer held Yin poses.

New to Yin? A practice that targets the connective tissues, bones, joints, fascia and ligaments in the body. Typically down low on the mat, utilising seated or lying down positions; opening the hips, lower back and spine, boosting flexibility and mobility.

Cultivate strength and balance whilst enabling a deep stretch and release.

A great all rounder and suitable for all-levels.
